Gluten free has become such a popular health-food concept, you can buy almost anything GF nowadays! I don’t have cellaic or an allergy so I don’t follow a GF diet, but unprocessed gluten free items are definitely part of a whole foods, plant-based diet. It is recommended that you eat only whole grains when eating plant-based, but sometimes I just find it easier if I’m cooking at home to use gluten free recipes. So, the list has products which are not usually gluten free and their vegan, GF substitues, showing that being vegan and gluten free are compatible! Of course, staples like rice and oats are naturally GF, so this list just concerns those that are not.
