Spotlight: Vegan Asian Food

Asian food is so easy to veganize, since it inherently relies on veggies and grains. Everything from stir fry to sushi can be made deliciously plant-based and still maintain its traditional flavor. My favorite thing to do is throw brown rice and a bunch of veggies into a pan, sauté them with soy sauce and Sriracha, and enjoy! For more inspiration, check out the recipes below!
