Plant-Based Wraps and Sandwiches

Making a vegan sandwich does not mean putting a few carrots on bread and crying while eating your sad lunch. Just the opposite! There are so many different wraps and sandwiches that are just as good as the “real thing” – maybe even better! Some are classics, like the plant-based staple of PB & J, but others are totally vegan takes on normally animal-product filled sandwiches, like french dip. Of course, a whole-foods plant-based diet calls for whole grains, so feel free to replace any bread with whole-grain alternatives, like Ezekiel wraps and bread. Great for lunches, make a few of these wraps or sandwiches at the beginning of the week for healthy, easy lunches all week long!
