Kitchen Gadgets for Success

As a frugal vegan, I’m not going to waste $200 on juicer, a $10 ice bucket, or even a $5 lemon juicer. Instead, I invest in products that are multi-functional, with perhaps a few exceptions, like my spiralizer (which, if I’m being honest, could be replaced by a peeler, or better yet, a julienne peeler that has more uses). So, I’ve created a list of no-nonsense, practical kitchen tools that will make following a plant-based way of eating simple. It’s up to you how you want to get them, of course eBay and other second-hand stores are best, but if the idea of using someone else’s food gadgets seems gross, invest in good quality and long-lasting products!
